deliveries are free in France, from 100€ of purchases (for the rest of the world, it is according to the country).

you can also come and pick up your creation in our Paris HQ, by appointment. 

deliveries are made 3 to 7 days after your order.  

trust is one of the pillars of the brand. so when you order, you should be able to do so without taking any risks. 

no matter what the reason is: size problem, you don't like the creation... we don't argue and we get the part back at our expense, which we then exchange or refund. see details here
